Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 3501.07 and Ohio Secretary of State Directive 2022-28, the Stark County Republican Party Executive Committee will meet on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. at the Stark County Republican Party Headquarters for the purpose of recommending a qualified elector to the Secretary of State for appointment as a member of the Stark County Board of Elections. The current incumbent, James F. Matthews, has indicated that he will be seeking another term on the Board of Elections.
